Jhanji Properties is tucked away at 29 A in Haibowal Kalan. We are quite close to the Kali Mata Mandir, which is how most people find their way to our door. Being near the temple means there is always a bit of life on the street, especially during festivals. Our office is a straightforward place. We have some chairs, a couple of desks, and a lot of lists of properties. We focus on the Haibowal Kalan area and the surrounding parts of Ludhiana. It’s a crowded neighborhood, but we like the energy. We’ve been helping people find houses and shops for quite a while now. We don't use any of those big marketing slogans. We just tell people what we know about the houses and what the current price is. Sometimes the deals take a while, and other times they happen fast. We spend a lot of time on our scooters going from one site to another. The dust and the heat are just things you deal with every day in this business. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We’re just local people who know the property market here. People come to us because they know we’ve been around and we aren't going anywhere. It’s a regular job, and we take it one day at a time. We keep the files organized as best as we can and try to keep everyone happy.
