We are over at 80-R Janta Nagar on Jaimal Road. Our office is just a ground floor room that we fixed up a bit. It is easy to find if you are familiar with the Janta Nagar area. We spend most of our time talking to folks who want to move into the neighborhood or maybe sell their old family house. There is always a stack of newspapers on the table and a few folders that need sorting. We don't have a website or anything like that, just a phone number and a sign outside. People usually walk in because they saw the name while passing by on Jaimal Road. It's a friendly place, and we usually have the radio playing quietly in the background. We know which houses have good sunlight and which ones are near the main market. If someone needs help with the paperwork for a lease, we sit down and go through it with them page by page. It’s not a fast process, but we like to make sure it's done right. We’ve lived around here for a long time, so we know the history of many of these properties. It’s just us, a couple of chairs, and a lot of local knowledge. We stay open until the street lights come on, then we head home. It is a quiet way to help people find a place to live.
