Bharat Chemicals

Bharat Chemicals is located at No. 48-B Industrial Area A- Extension. It is right near Cheema Chowk, which is a very busy part of the city. You can always hear the traffic from the chowk even when you are inside the warehouse. We have been in this industrial area for a good number of years now. The space is filled with drums and containers and there is a very specific smell in the air. It is not a place for people who like to stay clean all day. Most of us wear heavy boots and work clothes because it is a hands-on kind of job. The yard at 48-B is usually full of pallets waiting to be moved by the forklift. We don't have any fancy receptionists or a lobby with soft chairs. If someone comes to see us, they usually just walk into the main office area where the desks are cluttered with invoices and old logbooks. It is a bit of a maze sometimes with all the stock we keep in the back. The workers here have been doing this for a long time, so they know exactly where everything is located. We don't really do marketing or brochures. People just know we are here in the A-Extension near Cheema Chowk. It gets hot in the summer under the tin roof, but we just keep the fans going and get on with the work. It is just an honest, hard-working industrial spot.
