You can find Imperial Estates right on Pakhowal Road. We are at Sco 1,131 A, which is in the Model Town Extension area. It’s a busy spot, especially being so close to the railway crossing. You might have to wait a bit if the gates are down, but that’s just how it goes around here. We’ve been in this office for a while. It’s a good location for us because so many people pass by every day. We see the trains go by and the traffic moving toward Model Town. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some chairs for visitors and some files on the desk. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for plots or houses. Pakhowal Road is always growing, so there is usually something going on. We don't use a lot of big words or try to act like we are some huge corporation. We’re just a local office. Sometimes it gets a bit dusty with the road work and the trains, but we don’t mind. People stop in after they finish their shopping or on their way home. We know the area well since we spend all our time here. It’s a practical place to work. We keep our records in order and try to help anyone who walks through the door. It's a straightforward business. We like being part of the noise and life of the railway crossing area. It’s just how things are here.
