Hunny Property Dealers is located right opposite Ram Sharnam, which is a big landmark around here in Kitchlu Nagar. We’re also really close to the petrol pump, so it’s easy to find us if you’re driving through Bharat Nagar. The office is a small, practical space where we keep all our property books and maps. It gets a bit noisy with the traffic from the main road, but we’re used to it by now. We mostly handle local houses and plots in this part of town. People often stop by after they’ve filled up their cars at the pump. We sit down, have some water, and talk about what they’re looking for. It’s a very informal way of doing business. We don't have a website that we update every hour or anything like that. Most of what we know comes from being in the neighborhood every day and talking to the locals. Kitchlu Nagar has changed a lot over the years, and we’ve seen houses go up and old ones get torn down. We just keep track of it all. Sometimes we’re busy with three different people at once, and other times it’s just us watching the rain outside. We don't promise anything we can't deliver. If a property has issues, we mention it. It’s better to be straight with people. That’s just how we operate here near the petrol pump. It keeps life simple and people know they can drop by anytime.
