Hunjan Property Commission Agent

I run this commission agent business out of Shimlapuri, over in the Naigaon area. It’s a local operation, nothing big or fancy. My days are mostly spent on my feet or on my bike, going from one property to another. People in Shimlapuri know me as the guy who handles the local listings. I don't have a big staff or a suite of offices. It’s just about knowing who wants to sell and who is looking to buy or rent. I spend a lot of time talking to people on the street and keeping my ears open. The paperwork can be a bit of a headache sometimes, but it’s part of the job. Naigaon is a busy place, and there’s always someone moving in or out. I try to keep my records straight, though my desk might look a bit messy to an outsider. I don't use any fancy marketing tricks. Most of my work comes from people just knowing I’ve been around for a long time. It’s about being honest about what a place is worth and not wasting anyone’s time. Some days are really quiet and I just sit and wait for the phone to ring. Other days, I’m running around until it gets dark. It’s a simple life and a simple business. I just try to help my neighbors find what they need and make sure the deals are fair for everyone involved. That's pretty much all there is to it at the end of the day.
