Harjas Real Estate

Our spot is E 256/40 Aarti Chowk. It is right opposite the City Centre, so it’s a very easy place to find if you are driving in this part of town. Aarti Chowk is always buzzing with cars and people, so it never gets quiet around here even in the evenings. Harjas Real Estate is a small operation. We work out of this office every day, dealing with whoever walks through the door or calls our number. Because we are opposite City Centre, we get a lot of foot traffic from people just passing by. We mostly look at commercial spots and some residential houses nearby. It is a bit loud with the traffic noise outside, but we like being in the thick of it. We don't have any corporate training or fancy scripts to follow. We just talk to people like normal humans about their needs. If someone needs a shop for their new business, we go see what’s available in the market. We spend a lot of time checking out the buildings and making sure the documents are okay for the buyers. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy and we like the pace. We have a few desks and a water cooler for whoever stops in for a chat. We’ve been at this address for a good bit now. Most of our clients are people who have seen our board while waiting at the traffic light. It’s a busy corner but we call it home.
