Harbans & Mannu Property Dealers

We are tucked away on Street Number 14, just off A. T. I. Road in New Janta Nagar. If you know where the Ittan Wala Chowk is, we are right near that spot. It is a busy part of the city, especially with the college road being so close by. Harbans and Mannu started this together because we both knew the neighborhood better than anyone else. We are not a big firm with dozens of employees running around. It is mostly just the two of us handling the day-to-day property deals that come our way. Most days involve walking around New Janta Nagar or meeting people for a quick chat at the chowk. People around here know us by our names. We help out with buying and selling houses, and sometimes we deal with small shops too. It is basic work but it keeps us busy from the morning until the evening. The office isn’t anything special to look at, but it is where we get all the hard paperwork finished. Sometimes the street gets a bit crowded with students and traffic from the A.T.I. College, but we actually like that energy. We have watched many families grow up on these very streets. When someone wants to move or needs a new place to stay, they usually stop by for a talk. We don’t do big advertisements. Word of mouth usually brings people to Street 14. We keep everything straightforward. If a deal is good, we say so. If it’s not, we tell you that too.
