Happy & Bittu Property Advisor is a small setup we’ve got going here in Durga Puri. You can find us at the 3rd Block, on 11th A Main and 45th Cross. It’s a bit of a mouthful of an address, but once you’re in the neighborhood, it’s easy to spot. We’re just two guys, Happy and Bittu, who decided to get into the property business because we liked talking to people. We don’t have a big fancy office with glass walls. It’s more of a place where you can sit down, have a glass of water, and tell us what you’re looking for. We know Durga Puri like the back of our hands. We’ve seen the streets grow and the shops change over the years. We help people find rentals, shops, or houses to buy. It’s not always glamorous. We spend a lot of time waiting for people who are late to viewings or dealing with landlords who are a bit difficult. But we enjoy the hustle. We try to keep our advice simple and practical. We’re not here to sell you something you don't need. We just want to help you find a place that fits your budget. It’s a local business, and we take pride in knowing our neighbors. If you need help with property stuff, we are just right there on the corner of the cross. We usually have the fan on high because it gets hot in the afternoon.
