Hansra Property Consultants operates from the ground floor at 22-23 Sarabha Nagar on JD Road. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for anyone to just walk in off the street without having to climb stairs, which happens a lot. We’ve got a pretty good spot here. Sarabha Nagar is a decent area and JD Road stays busy throughout the day. Our office is filled with old maps of the local colonies and stacks of paperwork that we try to keep organized. It’s usually just a couple of us here, drinking tea and waiting for the next person to come in with a question about a house or a shop nearby. We don't do the whole corporate polish thing. Our chairs are a bit old and the ceiling fan makes a little noise, but it’s a comfortable place to sit and talk. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out on the road looking at different spots. People in the neighborhood know us by name, and that is how we get most of our work done. We don't make big claims about being the best; we just try to be helpful and give people the straight story on what a place is worth. Some days we don't close until late if there is a lot to finish, but that’s just how it goes when you’re running a small local consultancy like this.
