Hajari Lal Khandelwal Property

So, we are over here at Hajari Lal Khandelwal Property. The office is tucked into G-19 in Imperium House, right on Street 17/1 in Usha Ganj. Most days it’s pretty quiet in the morning until the sun gets higher and folks start dropping by to talk about shops or houses nearby. We have been sitting in this same spot for a while now. You probably know the building if you live around here. It isn't anything fancy, just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of registers filled with notes about who is moving where. My desk is usually covered in folders and half-finished cups of tea because someone is always stopping in to ask about a price or a lease. Usha Ganj is a busy part of town and being here in Imperium House makes it easy for people to find us when they’re out doing errands. We don't do much fancy advertising or anything like that. People just know us from the neighborhood. We spend most of the afternoon looking at paperwork or walking over to see a property down the street. It’s a lot of walking and talking, really. Sometimes the phone rings all day and other times it’s just us watching the traffic go by outside. It is just a regular local business doing what we do every day without much fuss. We know the streets around here like the back of our hands and that is about it.
