H S Property Dealers

We operate H S Property Dealers out of R K Road in Industrial Area A. Being in an industrial zone means things are a bit different than a normal residential neighborhood. We handle a lot of commercial and industrial spaces, though we do some residential stuff on the side. The office is pretty basic, just a place for us to keep our records and meet with people who are looking for factory space or a warehouse. It can get pretty noisy around here with all the industrial activity and trucks, but that’s the nature of the area. We’ve been on R K Road for a good while now. We aren't a big company with a lot of branches everywhere. It’s just our local office here. We spend a lot of our time out on the road, looking at different sites and meeting with owners. When we are in the office, we are usually caught up in paperwork or on the phone with someone. We don't go in for fancy talk or big promises. We just tell you what the rent is, what the local rules are, and show you the space. It’s a practical business for a practical part of town. Most of the people we deal with are business owners themselves, so they appreciate the direct approach. We just keep things moving and try to stay on top of the local listings as they change. It's tough work but someone has to do it.
