We operate H K Properties from A 3 in Aman Nagar. We are tucked away near the Jaldhar Bye Pass, specifically on the 2nd Cross in Chokkasandra. It’s a bit of a maze if you aren't from around here, but we like it. The office is small and practical. We mostly focus on the houses and plots right in this neighborhood. Chokkasandra is growing fast, so there are always new people moving in and asking where they can find a decent place. We spend a lot of time walking around the different crosses of Aman Nagar to see what’s available. It’s not a corporate setup at all. Usually, it’s just one or two of us at the desk. We keep our records in simple folders. People come to us because we live here too. We know which roads get flooded when it rains and which parts of the bye pass are getting too noisy. We try to be helpful without being pushy. It’s just how we do business. Sometimes the paperwork for these properties takes forever, but we just sit through it. We aren't looking to expand into a big company. We are happy right here at A 3. It’s a local job for local people. Most of our clients are just neighbors or relatives of people we already know. It keeps the atmosphere friendly and quiet most of the time. There is always someone dropping in for a chat about the land prices nearby.
