Guru Kirpa Property Advisor is located at Shivpuri 3Rd Cross. We are on the 6Th Main Road. If you are looking for us, we are quite near the Gurusdawara Sha. You can usually hear the prayers in the morning if you get here early enough. It’s a peaceful part of the neighborhood. The office is on a corner, and there is a big tree outside that gives some shade to the motorcycles parked there. I keep a few chairs for visitors, though they are a bit old now. We talk about land and houses in Shivpuri. My family has been around this part of town for a long time. We don't use any fancy software for our work.
