Guru Kirpa Estate

I work at Guru Kirpa Estate. You can find us at 42 E B R S Nagar, right opposite the Archies Gallery. It’s a busy little spot in the neighborhood. Usually, there’s a bit of noise from the street outside but we don’t mind it much. I have been sitting at this desk for years now. People walk by to get cards or gifts at the gallery and sometimes they peer inside our window. We mostly just deal with the local houses around here. It isn't a fancy office with big lights. We have a couple of chairs that aren't the newest, and the tea guy comes around twice a day. The fan makes a little clicking sound when it’s on high. If you are walking down the main road in BRS Nagar, you will see our sign. It’s simple. We help people find places to stay or sell their old plots. Sometimes the paperwork takes a bit of time, that's just how it goes with land. We know the neighbors and the shopkeepers nearby. It’s a decent place to spend the day. My nephew helps out sometimes when he isn't at college. We don't have a big website or anything like that. Most folks just walk in because they know where we are. It’s been like that for a long time.
