Gurdev Hospital

This Gurdev Hospital is situated right at the Barewal Crossing on Ferozepur Road. It’s a spot that’s easy to find because everyone around here knows the crossing well. We’ve been here for a good while, and the building has seen a lot of people walk through its doors since we opened. We aren't into those polished corporate offices with glass walls and modern art. We have plain white walls, some floor tiles that might be slightly chipped at the edges, and a whole lot of activity. The staff here is mostly local, so we end up chatting with patients about things happening in the neighborhood while we do our work. It’s a busy intersection outside, so you can always hear the traffic noise, but inside we try to keep things as orderly as possible. We handle all kinds of medical cases that come our way. We don't spend any money on big ads or trying to look like something we’re not. We’re just a hospital at a busy crossing. Some days the lobby is completely packed, and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the old clock ticking behind the reception desk. We make sure the equipment is working and the doctors are ready for the next person. It’s a practical way to run a place. People know they can come here when they're sick, and that's enough for us. We just keep our heads down and work.
