We are over here on Chimni Road in Shimlapuri, right by Sandhu Clinic. Most people know the clinic so they find us easily enough. It’s a busy spot. Gs Property Dealer has been here a while now. We mostly spend our days talking to folks who walk in looking for a place or trying to sell one. The office isn't anything fancy. We have a few chairs and a desk that’s seen better days. Usually, there is a fan humming in the corner because it gets quite warm in this part of town. Sometimes the traffic outside is loud. We just sit here and handle the paperwork. It’s a lot of phone calls and writing things down in ledgers. People from the neighborhood stop by just to say hello or ask about prices. We don’t have a big team or anything like that. It is just us doing the daily work. Sometimes the internet is slow, so we wait. We know the streets around here pretty well since we walk them often. If you are looking for the clinic, you will see our sign nearby. We try to keep things simple and honest. No big speeches or fancy suits here. Just local property work on a regular street. The tea guy comes around twice a day and that is usually when we take a small break. It's just a normal business in a normal neighborhood.
