Grupreet Property Dealer is located in VPO Partap Singh Wala, right on the Hambran road. We are situated very close to the Shivalik Doon School Chowk. It is a landmark that everyone living around here knows well. Our office is a very simple one, located right near the main road so people can see us. It is not the kind of place with fancy air conditioning or glass walls. We have a few chairs and a simple desk where we sit and talk to the farmers and the local residents. Most of the deals we handle are for plots of land or houses in the village area nearby. Things move a bit slower out here compared to the main city, but we actually like it that way. We spend a lot of time sitting outside when the weather is nice, just talking to people who pass by. Everyone knows everyone else in Partap Singh Wala. We don’t do any big advertising or anything. If someone wants to sell a bit of land, they just come in and tell us about it. Then we tell someone else who we know might be looking for something. It is a very traditional way of working. We use a lot of handwritten notes and look at local maps. The school nearby means there is always some activity at the chowk. We have been doing this for many years now. It is just about being honest with people and knowing the land.
