Goyal Property Dealer is located in Haibowal Kalan, specifically on Street No 9 near the Raghunath Mandir Wali Gali. If you find the 22 Feet Chowk, you’re pretty close. The streets around here are quite narrow and can get really crowded during festivals because of the temple nearby. Our office is just a simple room tucked into the street. It’s not the easiest place to find if you aren't from around here, but the locals all know where we are. We have a small sign outside, but it’s faded a bit from the sun. Inside, it’s just a couple of desks and some photos of the family on the wall. We don’t have air conditioning, just a good fan that keeps the air moving. Most of the day is spent talking to neighbors or people looking to move into the area. Since it’s Haibowal Kalan, everyone knows everyone else’s business anyway. We try to keep things honest and tell people the truth about the houses or plots they’re looking at. There’s no point in lying when you have to see these people at the market every day. We drink a lot of water because it gets hot in the small space. It’s a very local, down-to-earth kind of business. We don't have a big corporate structure or anything like that. It’s just us, sitting in the office, waiting for the next person to walk through the door with a question or a deal to discuss.
