Our place is situated right where Firozpur Road meets the Pune Satara Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always a lot of movement around us. You see all sorts of vehicles passing by from trucks to small scooters. We’ve been operating from this area for quite some time now. The office itself is pretty modest. We have a few chairs for visitors and a desk where most of the work happens. It’s a bit of a commute for some of us, but being near the main road makes it easy to find. The walls are painted a plain off-white, and we have some shelves filled with various documents and ledgers. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know how things run around here. Usually, the morning starts with a quick check of what needs to be done for the day. We don't have any fancy signs or bright lights outside. It’s just a name on the door. Sometimes we sit outside for a bit in the evening when the weather is nice. The noise from the road is something you just stop noticing after a while. We keep things pretty straightforward and don't spend much time on anything that isn't necessary. It’s just a regular spot where work gets done every day. We usually grab some snacks from the vendor across the street in the afternoon. It’s a simple life here, just managing things as they come and going home when the sun sets.
