We don't mind it, as it makes us feel connected to the city. People come to us when they are feeling a bit unsure about things or just curious about their future paths. We try to give them clear answers based on what we see. It’s a very personal kind of work, so we keep the atmosphere calm inside even if it’s busy outside. We don’t have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. Most of our visitors are locals from Ludhiana who just walk in because they saw the sign.
