Goodwill Real Estate is located at Plot No.1472 in Model Town Extension. We are in Block D, which is a fairly easy spot to find once you get into Model Town. The office is inside the plot area, so it’s not like a big storefront on a main highway. We have been here for a good bit of time now. The morning routine is usually just cleaning the dust off the tables and checking the messages left from the night before. It’s mostly just a few of us here. We handle the local listings in the extension area. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just driving around to look at different houses or plots that have come up for sale. It’s a lot of keys and phone calls. The walls are painted a plain off-white and we have some old maps pinned up so we can see the blocks clearly. Model Town is a big place, so staying in Block D helps us keep things organized. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. People just know where the office is and they come by when they need to ask about a property. We have a small kettle for making tea when it gets cold. It’s a quiet way to work, really. We just keep our files in order and try to remember which plot is which without getting confused. It is mostly just about staying on top of the local paperwork.
