Goel Roadways

This Goel Roadways is based in Miller Ganj, which is a really busy part of town. It’s the kind of place where there’s always something happening and the streets are never really empty. Our office is tucked away in there, and it’s a bit of a tight squeeze sometimes. We have piles of papers and ledgers everywhere because we still like to keep track of things manually most of the time. It feels more real that way. The staff here are local folks who know the neighborhood and the shortcuts. We don't have a receptionist or a lobby; you just walk in and talk to whoever is behind the desk. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking about the news, but then everything happens at once and we’re scrambling to get the trucks loaded. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with the warehouse and the drivers. We don't use any fancy language or try to impress anyone. We just tell you what we can do and when we can do it. If there’s a delay, we’ll let you know. We’ve been in Miller Ganj long enough to know that being straightforward is the best way to handle things. It is just a normal office doing regular work in a busy industrial area.
