Gobind Property Advisor

I’m over at Bachittar Nagar working as a property advisor under the name Gobind Property Advisor. My office is basically my home, House Number 99 on the street right off Gill Road. It’s a local operation, and I’ve lived in this part of town for a long time, so I know which houses are coming up for sale and which ones have issues with the plumbing or the roof. I spend a lot of my day walking around the neighborhood or meeting people for tea to talk about land and buildings. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just me and some files and my phone. People usually call me when they are looking to buy a small plot or if they want to rent something out in the Gill Road area. I try to be honest about what a place is worth and what the neighborhood is really like. Bachittar Nagar is a decent place to live, and I’ve helped a few neighbors move in or out over the years. The paperwork can be a real headache sometimes, but I’ve gotten used to the local registry office and how they operate. If you're looking for House 99, it's pretty easy to find once you turn off the main road. I don't have set hours really, I just work when there’s work to be done. It’s a straightforward way to make a living and I like being my own boss.
