Glow N Shine Beauty Salon And Training Center is located in Ludhiana. We are at Shop No. 101 in the SD Homes building, B Block. It’s right at the backside of the Kali Mata Mandir in Rishi Nagar, Haibowal. Being near the temple means we hear the bells and the prayers, which is quite nice actually. We do both salon work and teaching here. It’s a bit of a squeeze sometimes because of the training equipment and the regular salon chairs. The students are usually young girls from the neighborhood wanting to learn a trade. It’s often quite noisy with everyone talking and practicing. We have our mirrors and products lined up on the shelves. Ludhiana is a busy city, and Haibowal is no exception. There’s always someone coming in or leaving. We don't have a huge staff, just us and the trainees. The building is a standard commercial one, nothing too special to look at. We spend a lot of time making sure everything is clean after the classes are over. It’s a practical place where people come to learn and get their hair done. We don't use any fancy marketing talk. People just know where we are because of the Kali Mata Mandir landmark. It’s been a long journey setting this up and we’re here most days of the week, just keeping the shop running and the students busy. Sometimes we even share snacks during the break.
