Ginni Property Dealers

Ginni Property Dealers is over at number 5 Model Town. We are practically neighbors with the post office, which makes it easy for people to find us when they are out doing their errands. Model Town is a nice area, usually quite steady with people moving in and out. Our office is a simple place where we keep track of the houses and shops coming up for rent or sale. We aren’t trying to be the biggest agency in town, just a place where you can get an honest answer about what a property is worth. Some days are quiet, just us updating our files and talking to people who drop by after mailing a letter next door. Other days we are running around showing houses. We don’t have a big corporate team, it's just a few of us who know the streets around here like the back of our hands. We try to keep things easy. If a house is good, we say it. If it has issues, we mention those too. No point in making things sound better than they are. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years, but we’re still here in the same spot. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us and the people who come to see us. Just a regular local business doing its thing near the post office. We usually have the fan going and the door open if the weather is nice.
