We run Garcha Property Dealers from our place on G.T Road in the Civil Line area. We’re right there on Kailash Cinema Road, which is a spot most people around here know well. It’s a busy part of the city, and we’ve seen it grow and change over the years. Our business is pretty simple—we just help folks find a place to live or a spot for their shop. We don’t have a big fancy office with air conditioning that freezes you out. It’s just a normal shop where we sit and talk about real estate. Most of the people who come to us are just neighbors or people who were told about us by someone else. We don’t do much fancy advertising. We know the streets around Kailash Cinema Road very well, so we can tell you what’s available without much trouble. Finding a property can be a real pain if you don't know who to talk to. We try to take some of that stress away by being honest about what we have on our books. Sometimes the market is slow, and we just hang out and wait for someone to walk in.
