Gagan Hospital

Gagan Hospital is over in Delo, Ludhiana. It’s a place that most people around here know because we’ve been here in this part of Ludhiana for a while. The building isn’t anything too modern, just a solid structure that does the job. We have a main gate that stays open during the day, and you can usually see some cars or bikes parked out front. Inside, the rooms are simple. We don't have fancy air conditioning in every single corner, but the main areas stay cool enough. The floors are made of stone, which stays nice and cold during the Punjab summers. We have a few nurses who have been with us for years, and they know most of the families who come through the door. It’s more of a community feel than a big city hospital. We deal with all sorts of stuff, from minor scrapes to people feeling under the weather. Sometimes the power goes out, and we have to wait for the generator to kick in, which is just part of life here. There’s a small garden area near the side, though it's mostly just grass and a few hardy plants. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures. We just open up in the morning and see who needs help. It’s a quiet life for the most part, except when the harvest season is on and everyone is busy.
