My name is Gagan Deep Singh, and I run my property business from Basant Avenue in Shri Ram Nagar. The office is right near Shri Ram Chowk, which is a very easy place for people to find. I’ve lived in this area for a long time, so starting a property shop here made sense. It’s not a big office with glass walls or anything. It’s just a room with a desk and some chairs where neighbors can sit down. Most of the time, I’m out on my scooter looking at different houses or plots. When I am in the office, I’m usually on the phone or talking to people who walk in from the chowk. Shri Ram Nagar is a growing area, and things are always moving. I don't really do much advertising. People know who I am and where to find me at Basant Avenue. I try to be honest with everyone who comes in. If a house has an issue, I’ll say it. There’s no point in lying in a small community like this. The office gets a bit dusty because of the road, but that’s normal. I like being my own boss and helping people find a place to stay.
