G S Properties

At G S Properties, we operate out of our office at 41527 Basant Avenue. It is a decent place to be based, and we have been here for a considerable amount of time. Basant Avenue is a place we know very well, and we have seen many families move in and out over the years. We handle property deals, but we don't do it with any of that high-pressure sales talk you might find elsewhere. We are just a few people who enjoy working in real estate. Our office is simple and functional, with enough room for us to sit down and go through all the necessary details with our clients. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out and about looking at different houses and plots. It is not a glamorous job, but it is what we know how to do. We don't have a big corporate headquarters, just this one spot on Basant Avenue. We try to be as straightforward as we can because people usually seem to appreciate honesty over fancy words. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit overwhelming, but we just take it one step at a time. We have built up a good knowledge of the local area, which helps when people ask us questions. We are just a regular business trying to be helpful to our local community here. It’s a busy life, but we wouldn’t have it any other way.
