Friends Property Dealer

We are based at 2695 Wait Ganj. It's right near D D Jain College, so there are always students and people walking around the area throughout the day. Being Friends Property Dealer means we spend a lot of time in this little office. It’s a busy street, especially when the college is in session and students are out. The shop at 2695 isn't very large. We have some plastic chairs and a main table where we keep the ledger for our notes. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the documents and papers, but we know where everything is. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it's not something we worry about too much. We focus on the work instead. People from the college or the Wait Ganj neighborhood stop by quite a bit. Sometimes they just want directions or to chat about the local news. We like the energy of being near the college campus. It makes the day go by faster. We’ve been here for a while and the neighbors all know us by name. It’s not a fancy office with air conditioning that works all the time, but it’s our space. We just keep things moving and try to stay organized. It’s a simple life at 2695. Just us and the daily routine of the Ganj. No big corporate stuff, just a local spot where we do our business every single day of the week.
