We are located at B-95 in the Industrial Area, right by the New Cloth Market and near Partap Chowk. It’s a very industrial part of the city, so you’ll see a lot of trucks and workers moving goods around all day. The smell of new fabric from the cloth market is something you get used to after a while. At Friend Real Estate, we spend our time helping people find commercial spaces or residential spots nearby. It’s a noisy and busy neighborhood, but that means there is always something happening. Our office is just a plain room where we handle our business. We don't have any big corporate goals or anything like that. We just want to help people find what they need without too much fuss. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at different sites in the industrial area. Sometimes the dust from the road gets into everything, but we just wipe it off and keep going. We know the local streets and shortcuts pretty well because we’ve been here for years. If someone asks about a property near Partap Chowk, we can usually tell them all about it from memory. It’s a very hands-on job and we don’t use any complicated computer systems. We just write things down and make sure to follow up with people when we find something good that fits their needs.
