Four Star Properties

You can find us at Four Star Properties over on Pakhowal Road. Our office is at 15-16, right in the Marble Market area. If you’ve ever been to Sterling Resort, we are quite close to that. It’s a very busy part of town because of all the marble shops and the trucks coming in and out. There is always a bit of dust in the air and plenty of noise from the loading, but it’s a good place to be for business. We spend our days talking to people about local plots and commercial spaces. Some days are slow and we just sit around drinking chai, while other days we are running around from one site to another without much of a break. We don't have a flashy website or anything like that. People just know where we are. We keep our records in big folders and try to remember who owns what. It is a lot of local knowledge that you can’t really find online. The market gets very crowded during the day, so parking can be a bit of a headache for anyone visiting. We usually tell people to come by early or later in the afternoon if they want to avoid the worst of the traffic. We’ve seen the area change a lot over the years, with new buildings going up where there used to be empty space. It is just the way things go around here. We stay focused on the work at hand.
