Fairdeal Real Estate Consultant is right here at Plot No:-101 in Shri Nagar Main. We are pretty close to Anand Bazar, so it gets very busy around here during the market hours. It is just a small place we have. My desk is usually covered in folders and local maps because people keep coming in asking about plots or houses nearby. It is not a fancy office or anything like that. We just have some chairs, a fan that makes a bit of noise, and a lot of paper. Most days start with opening the shutters and maybe getting some tea from the stall around the corner. We spend a lot of time talking to neighbors or people just passing through Shri Nagar. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud, but you get used to it after a while. I have lived around here for a long time, so I know which streets get flooded when it rains and where the quiet spots are. Dealing with property is mostly just listening to what people need and trying to find something that fits their budget. It is a lot of walking around and checking out different spots in the heat. Sometimes things move fast, other times we just sit and wait for the phone to ring. We don't really do the big fancy advertisements you see in the city. People mostly find us because they saw the sign or someone told them to stop by our office. That is how it usually works in this part of town.
