We’ve got our place, Ever Green Property Dealers, at 297 C in Bhai Randhir Singh Nagar. It’s a residential-feeling area, which suits us just fine since most of what we do is help people with houses and local plots. We aren't some giant firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us who know the neighborhood inside and out because we've been here so long. If you live in BRS Nagar, you’ve probably walked past our door a few times while going about your day. We don't really do the whole fancy office thing with glass walls. It’s more of a comfortable spot where you can sit down and look at some paperwork without feeling rushed or pressured. We’ve seen the area grow and change over the years, and we’ve been part of a lot of those changes ourselves. Most of our clients are just neighbors or people who were told about us by their friends or family. We don't spend much money on big billboards or ads. We’d rather just spend our time making sure the property deals go through without any major headaches. It’s a lot of phone calls and checking on tiny site details. We keep things simple and honest with everyone. If a house has an issue we notice, we say so right away. If a plot is a good deal, we say that too. It’s just how we prefer to run things here. It’s a steady life and we enjoy it.
