Baner is a busy place these days and we sit right across from the OBC Bank. People stop by when they are looking for a place to rent or buy in this part of town. It's mostly just us handling the paperwork and showing people around the local area. The highway gets loud sometimes with all the cars going toward Pune. We’ve been at this address for a while now. Most days are spent on the phone or walking over to different properties near the main road. It is not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we keep our files and meet folks. The OBC bank is a good landmark because everyone knows it. We don't do anything too complicated, just property dealing for anyone who needs it in Baner. Sometimes the weather makes it hard to get out and show houses but we manage. If you are driving on the express highway you will see the Yash Orchid building. It is a solid spot to work from.
