Dr Zoni Jain Hospital

Down here at Dr Zoni Jain Hospital, things stay pretty steady throughout the day. We are located at 133, which is right opposite the Hotel Emporium in the New Lajpat Nagar area. If you know the neighborhood at all, you’ll probably recognize the Pink Flats nearby, which is a big reference point for people trying to find us for the first time. We are situated on Pakhowal Road, and it’s a busy stretch of road most of the time. The hospital isn’t some giant corporate building; it’s just a place where we do our work and try to help the people who walk through the doors. There is always someone coming or going, and the lobby usually has a few people waiting around. We spend a lot of time making sure things are running okay behind the scenes. Being near the hotel and the flats means there is a lot of local activity around us, so it never really feels quiet. The staff here has been around for a bit and we just get on with the daily tasks. We don't use much in the way of big signs or flashy lights, just the name of the place and the address so people can find where they need to go. It’s a straightforward environment where we focus on what needs doing right now. The kettle is usually on in the back and we just try to keep the place clean and ready for the next person.
