Our place, Dhir Property Dealer & Commission Agent, is at Shop Number 2 on GNE College Road. We are specifically located in Bhai Himmat Nagar, Dhugri, in the 3 No Division area. It’s a busy spot because of the college nearby, so there are always students and staff moving around. Our shop is quite small, but it’s enough for what we do. We help people with buying and selling property and also act as commission agents for various deals. It’s a lot of talking and a lot of paperwork. We aren't a big agency with a bunch of branches. It’s just this one shop where we handle everything ourselves. The road outside can get quite dusty, and the traffic from the college can be heavy in the afternoons. We’ve been here for a while, and we know most of the people on this stretch of GNE College Road. We don’t have any fancy goals or glossy brochures. We just sit here, talk to whoever comes in, and try to help them find a good deal. It’s a practical job and we like the direct way of doing business. Sometimes people just drop in for a quick question while they’re on their way somewhere else. We are just local folks working in the property market, and we keep things as simple as possible. The 3 No Division is a busy area to keep track of, but we’ve got a good handle on it. Our shop is right on the ground level.
