We operate out of Sat Sang Road in Ludhiana, specifically near Tanki Road, postcode 41308. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but we like it here. This Dell location is where we spend most of our waking hours. The street outside can get pretty dusty, so we’re always cleaning the glass. Inside, it’s mostly just rows of computers and boxes stacked up against the walls. We aren’t really into the fancy marketing stuff; we just show up and do the work. The building is older, but it stays cool enough. We see a lot of the same faces from around Ludhiana coming in for help or just to see what’s new. Sometimes the delivery trucks block the entrance for a few minutes, which is annoying, but that’s just how it goes on Tanki Road. We have a small table in the back where we take our breaks. It’s a simple life. We deal with tech problems and sell what we have in stock. If we don’t have it, we try to figure something out. We don’t wear uniforms or anything like that. Just jeans and shirts. It’s more comfortable that way when you’re moving heavy monitors. Sat Sang Road has its own rhythm, and we’ve become part of it over the years. We’re just local folks working with computers. It's nothing special, just a job.
