Dasmesh Dairy

We started Dasmesh Dairy a while back here on Pakhowal Road in Jagjit Nagar. Our spot is at 3781/2, right where people pass by every morning. Mostly, we just handle the daily milk and stuff people need for their tea or cooking. It’s not a big fancy operation or anything. We get up early, make sure everything is clean, and wait for the regulars to stop in. Some people have been coming to us for years now. They know where we are and we know what they usually want. Sometimes it gets a bit busy when the trucks come in, but we manage to stay on top of things. The building isn't much to look at, just a practical place to work. We spend a lot of time checking the containers and making sure the fridge is running right. It gets hot in the summer, so keeping things cool is always a bit of a struggle for us. My cousin helps out when he can, and we just keep the doors open for whoever needs us. We don't really do ads or anything like that. People just find us because we've been at this address for a long time. It’s a quiet life mostly, just dealing with the same neighborhood folks. We keep the floor swept and try to stay organized, even if things get a bit messy during the deliveries. That's just how a dairy is. We don't have a big office or anything, just the counter and the storage area. It works for us.
