Dashmesh Estate

Dashmesh Estate is based out of H.No.17 in New Model Town. Our place is situated on the road that goes from the Bus Stand over to Kochar Market. It’s a pretty central location if you’re moving around this part of the city. We’ve been working from this house for a while, dealing with houses and plots in the nearby blocks. The street gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. We usually handle people looking for rentals or trying to sell their family homes. It's a lot of talking to people and checking out different properties to see what condition they’re in. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we just take it one step at a time. We aren’t a big agency with lots of staff, just a small local operation. Most of our work comes from people who live nearby or those who have seen our board while driving to the market. New Model Town has changed a lot lately with new shops opening up. We try to keep up with the prices but they seem to change every few months. If you are passing by the Bus Stand area, you can find us easily enough. It’s just a regular house where we handle our estate work. Nothing too complicated about how we run things. We just stay focused on this specific area because that’s where we know the most people. It's a quiet office for the most part, unless the phone starts ringing off the hook.
