Dairy Top Ice Cream

Our place, Dairy Top Ice Cream, is located near Sherpur Chowk in the Dharampura area. The address is 1087695, but most people just look for our sign near the main road. It is a very industrial part of town with lots of trucks and dust everywhere. We make the ice cream right here in our small facility. It is a basic setup with machines that have been with us for a long time. We don't have a huge menu with dozens of flavors. We just stick to the classics that people around here seem to like. The floor is just plain concrete because it gets wet and messy when we are cleaning the equipment. We sell directly to people who walk in and also send some out to other small vendors. We do not have a fancy showroom or nice furniture. It is just a place where we work hard to make a cold treat. The noise from the chowk is constant, but we do not mind it much anymore. We spend a lot of time cleaning the dust off the glass displays because of the traffic outside. We do not have any corporate rules or uniforms. We just wear our work clothes and get the batches done. When the electricity fails, we have to move fast to save the stock. It is a stressful job sometimes, but it is what we do.
