We are D S Sadiora & Associates. Our office is on the first floor of Krishna Market, which is at number 39. This is right in the Millerganj area on Overlock Road. Being in a market means there’s always something going on. You hear people shouting and bikes revving their engines all day. To get to us, you have to walk up some narrow stairs. It’s not a very grand entrance, but it works for us. We’ve been here for several years. The office is full of books and files. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. Usually, one of us just looks up when someone walks in. We spend a lot of time drinking tea and looking over documents. It’s a very grounded kind of place. We don't try to impress anyone with expensive carpets or art. It’s just a functional workspace in a busy market. Sometimes the market gets so crowded that it's hard to even walk through, but that's part of the charm of Ludhiana. We know the guys who run the shops downstairs. We often talk about the local economy and how things are changing. We aren't a big firm, just a few of us working together. It’s a straightforward life here. We do our best to stay on top of our work without making a big fuss about it. There’s always some paperwork to sort or a phone call to take. That's just how we spend our hours here.
