Cushman Wakefield

Our branch of Cushman Wakefield is situated in Shivaji Nagar, right in the heart of Pune. If you know Pune, you know Shivaji Nagar is one of those places that never really stops moving. It’s full of students, office workers, and people just passing through. Our office is right in the middle of all that. We don't have a giant sign on the building, just a small one near the entrance so people can find the door. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few rooms with desks and chairs, and a lot of papers stacked up in the corners. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We spend most of our time on the phone or out meeting people around the city. When we are in the office, it’s usually to catch up on emails or finish some reports. The noise from the street comes in through the windows, but it’s just part of the background now. We usually go out for lunch at one of the local spots nearby; there are plenty of good places to eat in Shivaji Nagar. We aren’t a fancy corporate group with big ideas. We are just a local team doing the work that needs to be done. We’ve been in this spot for a long time and we like the convenience of being central. It’s a busy, noisy, and productive place to be every single day. We just get on with things.
