We are located at 7 Cheema Chowk in the Govind Vihar Market area. It is right near the Shri Govind Gau Dham on Hambran Road. Our office is a small, busy space where we spend most of our mornings drinking tea and looking over local listings. The market outside is always noisy with people and traffic, but we like the energy of it. We have been working from this spot for quite a while now. The walls are covered with some old calendars and a few maps of the nearby blocks. It is not the most organized place you will ever see, but we know exactly where every file is kept. People from the neighborhood often stop by just to ask about the latest property prices or to see if anything new has come up for rent. We do not have any fancy brochures or a professional receptionist sitting at the front. It is usually just one of us sitting at the main desk handling whatever comes our way. Hambran Road is a main stretch, so we see a lot of different people every day. We just try to be helpful and give honest answers when someone walks through the door. The shop has a bit of dust because of the road work outside, but it is a comfortable place to sit and talk. We keep things very simple and do not use any complicated systems to run the business.
