Down here in the Dept Of Radiodiagnosis at Christian Medical College & Hospital, things stay pretty dim because of all the screens. We are located right on Brown Road, which is always humming with activity. Most people come to see us because a doctor sent them for a scan or an X-ray. It can be a bit intimidating with all the heavy machinery and the warning signs on the doors. We just go about our business, making sure the films are clear and the files get to the right desk. Christian Medical College & Hospital is a huge place, but our little corner in the Dept Of Radiodiagnosis on Brown Road feels like its own world. We’ve got folks who have worked these machines for decades. They know every quirk of the equipment. It’s a lot of waiting for patients, then a sudden rush when things get busy. The hallways here are narrow and lined with chairs that have seen a lot of use. We don't have fancy decorations or anything. It’s just the Dept Of Radiodiagnosis doing what it needs to do. If you find yourself on Brown Road looking for us, just follow the signs. It’s easy to get turned around, but we are usually just past the main lobby area. We just focus on getting the pictures right so the doctors can figure out what is going on. It is simple, steady work for everyone involved.
