Choudhary Property Dealers

Our office for Choudhary Property Dealers is set up right by Partap Chowk on Metro Tyre Rd. It is a very busy intersection, so there is always a lot of noise from the traffic and the nearby shops, but we like the energy of it. We handle property deals for this side of the city, mostly focusing on residential houses and the occasional commercial plot. We are not a large company with dozens of staff members; it is just a few of us who have lived and worked in this neighborhood for a long time. Most of our mornings start with a cup of tea while we wait for the phone to ring or prepare to head out and meet someone at a building site. We do not have a fancy website or a big social media presence. If someone wants to buy or sell a property, they usually just walk through our door because they saw our sign while driving past the chowk. We have been through all the ups and downs of the local property market over the years. We know which streets stay quiet and which ones tend to get a bit of water during the heavy rains. That kind of local knowledge is really all we have to offer. We keep our paperwork in old metal cabinets and try to make sure every deal is handled properly and without any unnecessary fuss for our clients. It is just how we have always done things.
