Choudhary Property Agents is located on Pakhowal Road, very close to the Vishal Nagar Chowk. It is a really handy place to have an office because almost everyone in this part of town passes through the intersection at some point during their day. As property agents, our main job is really just about connecting people who have a place to sell or rent with those who are looking for one. We spend a lot of our time out on our scooters, traveling from one plot to another or showing families through empty houses. The dust from the main road seems to get into everything, but that is just part of working in this area. Our office is a simple place where people can come in, take a seat, and tell us exactly what they are looking for. We do not use fancy words or try to push anyone into a deal that does not feel right. If we have a property that fits their needs, we show it to them. If we do not, we just tell them to check back in a week. We know the local landlords quite well, and they usually trust us to find decent people for their buildings. It is a lot of legwork and making phone calls. Some days are just spent chasing down signatures or checking property lines. We like the constant bustle of Pakhowal Road and the people we meet every single day. It keeps life interesting for us.
