Chopra Property Adviser

Our small office is located at 69 Salem Tabri, specifically in the New Janak Puri section. We have been working as property advisers in this area for a long time now. Most people come to see us when they are feeling a bit unsure about a piece of land or if they are thinking about selling their family home. It is a job that requires a lot of listening and then giving our honest opinion on the situation. Salem Tabri is a neighborhood we know very well. We understand which streets are good for living and which ones might end up having issues with things like water or noise later on. The office is just a regular room with a few chairs and a desk where we do our work. We do not spend much money on decorating the place because we would much rather be out on the street looking at properties. Every single day feels a little bit different. One morning we might be inspecting a small plot of land, and the next day we could be looking at a large commercial building. We do not make any big promises that we cannot keep. We just try to help people figure out the local market without getting too confused by it all. It is a lot of legwork, but it feels good when someone finally finds a place they like. We stay open late sometimes if a client needs to meet after work.
