Our office is located at 7 Pakhowal Road, right in the middle of Prince Market near the Sarabha Nagar Pulli. It is a very lively part of town with a lot of people moving about all day long. We have been doing this property dealing work for a significant amount of time. Most of our daily routine involves looking at local listings and chatting with people who are interested in moving into this neighborhood. Sarabha Nagar is a popular spot, so there is almost always some kind of activity happening nearby. Our shop is not anything special to look at, just a place where people can sit down and talk about prices or land. We try to keep our business very simple. If a property looks good, we say so, but if it has some problems, we make sure to mention those too. Dealing with land can get quite complicated with all the different legal steps, so we spend a lot of time double-checking all the details. It is not always an easy job, but it is what we know how to do. We are familiar with most of the landlords and sellers in this area. Sometimes we just sit outside our door and watch the traffic go by on Pakhowal Road while we wait for a client to arrive. We do not have a marketing team; it is just us working here every day and trying to be helpful to anyone who walks in.
